Jail is like fighting fire with gasoline. Jail makes things worse. People draw into themselves.

It costs quite a bit to keep this place running. Money that’s used to run this place, that money goes to better use for rehabilitation, anger management, alcohol problems, N.A. - whatever. That’s just taking one step towards the problem. If they keep doing the same thing, just running these jails, people aren’t going to obey authority.

It’s sort of like an animal in a cage, and you know, a wild animal. It’s like authority’s just poking a stick at it and its getting meaner and meaner. When that animal is released it’s not getting tamer!

“He has been fully rehabilitated”. That’s what they say on the release.

It’s just not true.
